Discovering ways to support deep personal growth, which is tailor-made for individuals, through connection, purpose and self-knowledge.

I have worked in international education for over 20 years as a teacher, international coach, curriculum leader and head of secondary school.
I have raised my children with my husband in 6 countries and myself grown up in 2.
I recognised my own autism while my son, niece and nephew were being
My Masters in Psychology and Doctorate in Educational Leadership focused on shifting identity and roles.
I am an NLP-integrated, ICF certified lifecoach. I am also a meditation teacher and reiki-integrated coach.
My mission is to enable transformative change for newly unveiled autistic adults and families, so that people I work with experience their most creative and productive selves with joy and social connection in ways that are personally meaningful.
I coach autistic adults (or parents of autistic kids) to develop
1. Short and long-term strategies to manage energy and self-concept to do all the things they want to do
2. Gain a deeper understanding of their own experience and create their own environment in a way that allows optimum life experience
3. Self-advocacy to make social experiences more joyful, meaningful and exciting.
My expertise in psychology, neuro-biochemistry, and educational leadership informs my passion for shifting identities and roles in both professional and personal contexts. Through a combination of education practice, NLP-informed coaching, energy work and meditation,I create powerful coaching programmes with my clients that are personal to them.
