with tailored coaching and systems that really work.
We understand that being autistic is part of the natural variation of being human. And being autistic means that we have specific needs for our lifestyle and environment in order to remain at our peak performance.
Together, I work with my clients on sensory and social experiences. Together we work on short and long-term strategies for a happy, strong sense of self.

What we work on
1.Clarity of Mind & Identity
Our social interactions and environment impact our sense of self profoundly. And often in ways we don’t recognise.
Do you ever feel your thoughts disappear? Or your natural way of expressing what you mean to say?
Constantly trying to figure out how to speak to, smile at and respond to various people and work with different styles can distort the way we explain ourselves to ourself. In mind and body.
When we work together, remember - we are not correcting who we are. We deeply understand the experience of living through life and consider where we are performing rather than expressing ourselves fully. Then we can work out where this can change and where we may perhaps wish to not make changes.
We examine the patterns shaping your decisions — the invisible assumptions, responsibility loops, and internal narratives that influence how you lead your environment, work and interactions.
Understanding moments where we are triggered and short and long-term strategies for this can help us to represent ourselves with confidence and recognition.
Not to dismantle you.
But to refine you.
Your deepest beliefs, even those unvoiced, are part of your most meaningful experiences.
2.Relationships - strengthening What Matters Most
We will work on structures and patterns of social experience and how we can add sequence that represent us best in order to enjoy our social lives much more.
With your family, your work and ultimately with yourself.
Particular attention is given to the quality of your presence with those closest to you — because private disconnection often begins long before it is acknowledged.
And people in your outer circle - do you sometimes wonder ‘what did I say wrong this time?’
It is possible to embody freedom of choice in all areas of your life based on grounded meaning, with continued opportunity for renewal. and by recognising a few strategies to stay true to yourself and have deeper, meaningful connections.
3.Sensory Experience
Do lights start to hurt or perhaps do you become more clumsy?
We don’t always recognise the importance of how neurodiversity shows up in different ways at different times.
Low or high sensitivity to light, sound, touch, taste, the weight of things… we can feel differently at different times. And we can start to understand how it works for us. We are all different.
Living a fulfilled life with our highest goals and as our best selves requires a regulated nervous system and an integrated identity.
We build steadiness of outer experience that does not come at the expense of your inner life.
How does this work?
The first step to working with me is to get in touch via email.
We will then have a conversation to understand how we might work together.
Once we agree to work together, we will meet (usually online) regularly to define your challenges. And in many ways more importantly, understand your strengths. What energises you is usually the most important place to begin.
Together, we will develop a deep understanding of your unique patterns of experience. And strategies to design your life so you experience your dreams and goals to the fullest.
Sessions are usually online
or in person if we are in the same city
Example Coaching Plan 1
3 × 60 - 90 min sessions (with a break mid-way, the session could be longer) completed within 3 months
Example Coaching Plan 2
3 months virtually unlimited coaching.
This means that with prior arrangement, we can have as many sessions as you like, some as short as 15 minutes (perhaps before a stressful event) or as long as 2 hours
Payment plans vary, depending on how we decide to work together, starting from 500USD packages for 3×60min sessions
